Remarks from the audit:
The system was effective in meeting the organisation’s requirements.  The organisation showed a high level of customer focus and flexibility.

October 1st 2008 – On the move
We’ve moved onto the premises of our biggest and most successful customer - NP Aerospace Ltd.

June 27th 2008 – Successful Certificate Renewal audit by LRQA
Remarks from the audit:
Because no non-conformities have been identified re-certification against ISO 9001:2000 is therefore made.
No weaknesses were identified.

November 5th 2007 – Successful surveillance audit by LRQA
Remarks from the audit:
The effectiveness of the QMS was able to be confirmed, via both the results of the Internal Audits and Management Reviews undertaken so far in year 2007.  Continual improvement was also demonstrated via the M/Review meeting minutes sampled.

January 30, 2007 – Successful surveillance visit by LRQA
Remarks from the audit:
"The system remains effective for the needs of the business and has shown continual improvement through items such as meeting objectives, change to improved new location, expansion of the client database, and improved equipment resulting in expansion of the services that can be offered.”

January, 2007 - New Equipment
ACI have a 2.5m table with a Stiefelmayer system C machine installed. This greatly increases the scope of work that can be undertaken.

September, 2006 - On The Move
ACI move to new premises on Bayton road, Exhall. This is a more central location with easy access to the motorway system.

March, 2006 - New Certification
Carl obtains his TS16949 Auditors certificate.

Feb, 2006 - Successful surveillance audit to ISO 9001:2000 with LQRA
